How We Are Different
A website is the presentation layer, the part you can see. Underneath it are your data, your identity, your security, your reputation, and your deadlines. That is what Heroic manages, with an agentic production model running through the work. The services are how it gets delivered.
The fundamentals still have to be there, and they are: engineering deep enough to ship live computer vision and sales platforms, and design strong enough for the Getty and the major entertainment studios. The same studio works across partner agencies, entertainment, brands, fine arts, nonprofits, and blockchain.
What We Manage
Trust
Studios hand us embargoed material. Institutions hand us artists' legacies. Agencies put their client relationships in our hands. Donors judge nonprofits by what we ship. Your name is on the work.
Data and Reliability
Sites that hold up under launch traffic. Donor, collector, and client data handled with care. Documented builds and clean handoffs. Cybersecurity when the work calls for it. We ran security for a national art action, covered by Wired.
Agentic Production
AI agents run inside our pipeline. We do not rely on them, we steer them. Fifteen years of production discipline direct the agents, and senior people decide what ships. That is how we deliver at volume without the overhead, and why our pricing and speed look the way they do.
Six Ways We Are Different
Trusted With the Hard Builds
Artists and institutions have trusted us with high-stakes builds: an app decoding Morse code light beams through a phone camera during a twelve-hour performance, a sales platform for work from the estates the Artists Rights Society represents, and cybersecurity for a national art action.
A Design Record You Can Verify
The Getty, LACMA, and the major entertainment studios have shipped our work under their names. Projects we built have been covered by the New York Times, The Guardian, Artforum, and Wired.
An Agentic Pipeline
AI agents run research, scaffolding, testing, and production passes throughout our work, and senior people direct them and review everything before it goes out. This produces faster turnarounds, more iterations before the deadline, and pricing that reflects how the work gets made.
We Aren't One Way or Another
White-label or named partner. Development only, design only, or the whole engagement. Project or retainer. Your stack or ours. Every arrangement is an option, and you pick it.
Skin in the Game
We co-founded ARSNL with the Artists Rights Society, and our founder serves as its CMO. We have been Digital Director and Producing Partner on artworks and a sponsoring partner on exhibitions.
Plain Dealing
We tell you what the work costs, whether we can hit your deadline, and whether we are the right fit, including when we are not. We scope to what you need.

How Agents and People Split the Work
handle research, scaffolding, first passes, testing, and repetitive production work. We direct them.
own creative direction, taste, architecture decisions, client communication, and final review. Nothing ships without a person signing off on it.
The Proof
ARSNL
Co-founded with the Artists Rights Society as the exclusive digital art platform for their 120,000+ member artists, including the estates of Picasso, Warhol, Kahlo, and Dalí. The Frank Stella release surpassed $2 million in primary and secondary sales.
Undersight
Digital Director and Producing Partner on Cassils' twelve-hour Nuit Blanche Toronto performance. We built the iOS and Android app that detected Morse code light pulses through the phone camera and translated them in real time. Covered by Artforum and CBC.
Entertainment Studios
Campaign sites, FYC sites, and display advertising for the major entertainment studios, built around unreleased creative and embargoed dates.
In Plain Sight
Digital director for the 80-artist detention center flyover led by Cassils and rafa esparza. We built the site, ran the awareness campaign, and provided cybersecurity during the event. Covered by the New York Times, CNN, NPR, and Wired.
InMaat Foundation
Logo, website, social media, and newsletter for a foundation backing documentaries and human rights advocacy, held consistent as the foundation grows. The work it backs has been covered by The Guardian, the New York Times, and The Washington Post.
15+ Years of Production
Hundreds of projects across entertainment, brands, fine arts, nonprofits, and tech. BMW, Red Bull, Nintendo, Puma, AB InBev, the Getty, and LACMA are on the client list.

Frequently Asked Questions About How We Work
We treat the website as the presentation layer and manage what sits underneath: your data, your identity, your security, and your reputation, with reliability under deadline and an agentic production model behind all of it. The engineering depth and the design record are what back that up.
The services still exist: development, design, marketing. Beyond the service list, what you are deciding is who to trust with your reputation, your identity, your data, and your deadline. The case studies are the record: ARSNL, the Getty, the major entertainment studios, and the foundations.
Yes. Agents carry the research, scaffolding, testing, and production passes, and senior people direct that work and make the final call on all of it. That structure is what makes the turnaround times and the pricing possible.
Both. Engineering and design happen together on our side, with marketing, social media, and press work alongside them, so nothing gets handed off between shops and there is no coordination work on your end. We also manage what sits under the website: data, identity, security, and reputation. And we build our own products, including a digital art platform co-founded with the Artists Rights Society. If you only need one discipline, we scope to that.
Senior people, 15+ years of production discipline, and agents handling the work that used to take rooms of juniors. That combination handles the volume without adding headcount.
No. White-label or named, development only or full engagement, project or retainer, your stack or ours. Every arrangement is on the table, and you pick it.
Yes. We scope after one conversation and give you a straight read: the cost, the timeline we can commit to, and whether someone else would serve you better.

We work across partner agencies, entertainment, brands, fine arts, nonprofits, and blockchain. Each one has a page explaining how we work in it.
